He played a year at Iowa State...looks like he last played in the D-League during the 2007-2008 season for the Idaho Stampede, so he isn't really a veteran by any means.

It's surprising to me, only because, you have a young guy in Hudson...so why potentially bring in another young guy, you know? I would have figured Hudson would have been the choice if they were indeed going young.

Nothing's official though, so we'll have to wait and see I suppose.

Haha yeah you're absolutely right, it's tough to gauge anything right now.

I've been saying Lue since the very first days of the offseason, and as much as I honestly do like Hudson (whenever we draft someone I adopt a distinct liking towards him), I'm all about winning this year's title, as I'm sure you are as well, C2K. Certainly not trying to say you aren't. Like you said, I would love for Hudson to get the chance to prove himself.

But if Lue can help us win more than Hudson can, I have to lean towards Lue. But if Dickau or Taylor or whoever is right for the job and it's clear cut, I'll be satisfied with that.

I admit to hoping for Hudson to sign and get his feet we in the D-League.
