Makes you cringe when DA mentioned TA also as a part time PG. I know they tried it before, but that is a turnover waiting to happen!

Hard to guess. I would prefer to see if Giddens or Walker made any progress in year two than TA.

Maybe he will be one the frequent "inactives". We hope!

Haha for some reason I feel like contract years only work in baseball. When we had the opportunity to pick up Allen's option (last summer, I believe? Two summers ago? Fairly recently), he wasn't coming off of any monster season. I actually think he was coming off injury (shocker).

I'd like to hope, like you, Celtics2000, that a contract year would wake him up, but I just don't see it. Especially with Daniels in the mix. Will he even see the court?

Maybe he is hoping that a contract year will "wake up" TA. I think that would happen with most guys but have my doubts it will make any difference with him lol

Not sure about who to get though. Most of the available PG's out there are soft. Pruitt is starting to look better to me :/

I can't agree with Danny's infatuation with Tony Allen. He has shown me NOTHING over the last three seasons, except that you can count on him to be disruptive, inconsistent and oft injured.

Eddie needs to be freed from taking the ball up court so he can spot up for transition jumpers. His game flourished when Star-bury joined the team last year.

We need a TRUE back-up PG so the second unit can play their natural positions.
