I actually disagree 'Anonymous', especially if they sign another point guard.

If they sign a guard to backup Rondo specifically, I firmly expect to see a lineup of That guard, House, Daniels, Davis and Wallace. It's been a while since we've seen a legit second unit without any traces of the starting unit in there, but I think the whole aim here was to make it so Pierce and Ray wouldn't have to help with the second unit.

Maybe that's there intent now and maybe it won't work, but I think that's one of the reasons why they made all of these moves.

Daniels will definitely back up PP in case of injury. But, as was the case last year, expect to see a lineup of daniels and house on the floor with pp and ray splitting time with the second unit. Doc always has one of those two on the floor so it is kind of a moot point as to whether or where daniels is on the depth chart. Foul trouble with ray or pp will likely mean tony or walker get some minutes. Expect the c's to sign that third true pg, tho I would not be surprised if they left that spot open to make a signing mid season.

Walker definitely caught our eyes a few times. Granted, I would have been more excited had he posted someone up and dropped a fade away jump shot on them, the way Pierce does.

I can definitely see Baby getting some minutes at the 3. We could potentially have a huge second unit if it looks something like Daniels, House, Davis, Williams and Wallace.

I don't know about flashes of brilliance from walker last year. But he's my pick for pierce's backup. Billy boy is bigger and stronger than MD. Let's hope he earns some pt at the 3.
